Dance sequences from recognised Ballroom & Latin American dances. A great workout for the whole body, come and join the fun! Ladies, gentlemen and friends all welcome.

What to wear: Casual, comfortable clothing, dance or firm fitting shoes

What to bring: Water bottle, mask (just in case)

Socials: These classes are very social with weekly get-togethers after class

**Please arrive 10 minutes before class time for warm-up exercises**
