Cut A Rug Dance Studio aims to offer a place in the Kalamunda Hills area for people to learn to dance and mix with like-minded people in a relaxed and fun environment. If you have always wanted to learn to dance, there is never a better time than right now.
No partner necessary – we have friendly and experienced staff who will make you welcome and help you take steps in the right direction towards becoming an accomplished dancer.

Kate Rogers has been involved in ballroom and latin dancing for over 15 years. She began at Wrightson’s Dance Studio in 1997 at the Rivervale studio and then moved to the Murray St studio when Rivervale closed.
Kate taught at the Embassy Ballroom taking the Ballroom, Latin and New Vogue classes. After that she decided it was time to do her own thing. As a Hills resident, Kate was aware of the need for social dance classes in the area, and so Cut A Rug Dance Studio was born.
Kate hopes Cut A Rug Dance Studio will be a place where Hills residents can come together to dance and socialise in a relaxed and fun environment.
